New - Jobs and Skills Councils
As the new Jobs and Skills Councils are established the BCRITAB will work closely with them relaying NSW industry advice regarding Training Package matters.
- Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance-AUSMASA is the JSC for Mining and Automotive covering industries involved in mineral exploration and extraction operations, and automotive
- BuildSkills Australia is the JSC for industries that provide property services, small or large scale construction services, traditional building as well as large scale civil infrastructure services and water infrastructure operations.
Microcredentials
The Institute of Applied Technology-Construction is anew way to upskill or reskill.A range of microskills and microcredentials are currently available in Project Management, CAD Drawing, Contract Administration, Building Information Modelling, to Cost Management.
